Who We Are
PNT Data Corp., also known as PNT Data and Post-n-Track, is a healthcare data sharing authority: a company that moves and verifies regulated data between organizations without ever taking custody of it. PNT provides the business and technical capability to securely share HIPAA-regulated data containing PHI and PII, in X12, HL7, FHIR and proprietary formats, across data sources, recipients, requirements and content. We serve health plans, TPAs, hospitals, medical and dental groups, labs, delegated groups, analytics vendors, revenue cycle vendors, billing vendors, employers and brokers, and government agencies.
Post-n-Track exists to solve one of healthcare's most persistent and consequential problems: the insecure, inefficient and increasingly inadequate infrastructure for sharing health information. Post-n-Track represents a fundamental architectural departure from the legacy model: a zero-residency system that orchestrates data flow without owning it.
